Pre-shipment sample approval
Each lot ships subject to approval of a pre-shipment sample. The grade, cup profile and agreed specification form the basis of the decision.
Independent certification
An independent surveyor certifies weight and quality at Mombasa. Documentation is tied to the shipment for traceability.
Protection inside every bag
GrainPro or Ecotact hermetic liners protect the coffee in transit. Container preparation is documented before loading.
Check the destination outturn
Destination outturn protections are set out in the applicable contract. The agreed inspection process, notice periods and remedies are confirmed before purchase.
A documented US import process
Our import process includes FDA, USDA-APHIS, ISF and traceability requirements as applicable to each shipment. Buyers receive the relevant lot and shipment documentation.
